The discount applies to Einzel and Team, monthly and yearly. You simply confirm your university email address, even if you signed up with a private address.

The proof is valid for one year from confirmation and can be renewed afterwards. Discounts are not combined; the higher one always applies. For the Team plan, your proof as the account owner is enough.

What we get asked the most before purchase.

What counts as a response?

Every submitted respondent answer counts against your monthly quota. Test responses from the editor don't count — try out as much as you like.

Where is my data stored?

All data lives on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online, a German cloud provider). No data export to the US, no US parent company with lawful-access obligations. GDPR compliance including a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.

What happens when I hit my response limit?

Your survey keeps running. If you have a response pack active, the extra responses automatically flow into it. If not, you get a warning and can top up retroactively — no responses are lost.

Do I need Stripe or can I get an invoice?

Stripe is the default for the public plans. For custom agreements — e.g. enterprises with an annual contract or public-sector buyers — we offer manual billing with invoice by email. Get in touch for a tailored offer.
